"this newest release was culled from a cycle of 25 songs that were recorded over a two and a half year process and feature some more fully fleshed-out string parts incorporating the use of violin for the first time as well as stefanie goodwin's transition to the use of live drums. the songs are almost purely droned based with a few exceptions and the guitars more heavily textured. all effects (except for guitar effects) were archived with the use of large spaces serving as echo chambers..."
