I was thinking about this for quite some time, and I know this message will be bad news for some of you guys out there – but I don't have any choice, because it is all getting too much for one small guy running this little blog in his free time!
No - I'm not closing this blog (not yet!, though I was thinking about that too). But the thing is:
There was so much material coming in in the last weeks/months, that it will take me quite some time to listen, review and post it.
And so:
Please do not send me any more music submissions and emails until further announcement!
I won't post any new sent material from now on
(until I worked through the backlog!)

Have you thought about using a drop box and online program to manage the music submissions? I read this which is not exactly what you are looking for but pretty close http://www.musicxray.com/music-bloggers-prevent-google-blogocide-2010. Just a thought on how to slow down the submissions and mange them.

How are you going to find new music? Hopefully you haven't been bought out and are part of Clear Channel or something. lol.
I consider it an honor that you posted 3 of my Spacefinger albums on your site. I can quite understand your dilemma of being overwhelmed and only hope you can find some time for your personal life as well. I only hope that you are still able to bring us more new and interesting artists from around the world. The beauty of this blog is how diverse and free it is ... that is so lacking in our commercially packaged world.
Please keep the work going. It might seem thankless at times, but we really need freedom somewhere!
